Team Solent

Founded in 2005, Team Solent are the football club of Southampton Solent University, where Non-League South was born!
Nicknamed The Sparks, the club compete in the Wessex League Premier Division, and are managed by James Taylor.

Team Solent were a founding member of the Hampshire Premier League in 2008, and finished as runners-up in 2011, and secured promotion to the Wessex League Divison One, before being promoted to the Premier Division in 2015.

The club’s ground is Test Park Sports Ground, located in Southampton. Team Solent also boast back-to- back Southampton Senior Cup victories in 2014/15 and 2015/16.
